Topics: :
discussing project outline
sharing class members ideas for Town Meetings
forming of collaborative teams
description of transcript creation
finding an IP address
Point-to-point chats
Copy transcripts of point-to-point chats, edit, and place in eGroup folder.

As teams form and project planning begins.  Please note that a webpage needs to be created by the team for publication on the Teachers Connects Town Meeting section which should include:

Topic of Town Meeting with graphic
Focus and audience of session
Discussion Questions
Print and Internet resources
Guest - biographical information
By Friday, submit a team leader/contact to the instructor.
Capture a copy of your picture and send to the instructor to add to the class photo page.
Contact the instructor for assistance if no team members have web authoring skills.
Schedule a time for your team to meet for a follow up discussion on the project you will create.  You can meet using the NC State Reflector - add number or  the eGroup chat room.  Assign one team member to post meetings on the eGroup database so if the instructor's schedule permits he can visit.

Indicate in the Team eGroup database the topics, Town Meeting date, team members, and roles.

Think about your first desktop videoconference experience.  In your reflection for week four, describe your thoughts about this "new" technology.

Reminder:
Please review Sessions 1 -3 to make sure assignments have been completed.  Make sure all information has been posted on the discussion forum, in the vault (files), and databases on eGroups.
