This session will be a meeting during the first concurrent session of NCETC. It is our hope that each participant can attend this important conference. There will be a room reserved for us on the morning of Wednesday, December 4, 2002. The meeting should last about an hour and will a time of sharing and updates. Quote from NCETC website...

Spring Follow-up

Date - Wednesday, March 5, 2003
8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.

There will be a time of sharing of classroom activities and structures that have been found effective in the classroom.  Everyone is asked to bring fifteen copies of a technology enhanced lesson or ideas to share at the meeting.  Also student work and teacher presentations can be shared.  During this session, we will learn to utilize the raw materials of the Internet.  Everyone needs to bring the the MAST II notebook and books, Raw Materials of the Mind by David Warlick and Catching the Best of the Web by Dr. Annette Lamb.  During this session internet-based collaborative projects will be demonstrated and participants will create submissions for the If Stones Could Speak project. 

The MAST II 2001 participants created entries for the Notable North Carolinians project.
